Not sure if this is technically a "caption," but I'll start:
We have been out of coffee for 1.5 days and things are clearly getting a little restive.
I had seen a coffee mug that had a cartoon image of a large coffee cup on a pedestal (like a statue) and the caption was "In coffee we trust". It could be considered offensive by some but it was funny for sure!
That is awesome.
A man went to his psychiatrist and said,
"Every time I drink my coffee, I get a stabbing pain in my right eye."
The psychiatrist said, "Well, have you tried taking the spoon out?"

A Dilbert classic.
